Volunteer Waiver

By checking this box and signing up, I acknowledge and agree to the following: I am voluntarily participating in an outreach event organized by 13th and Missions and its affiliated initiatives, including N. 13th (collectively, the “Organizers”). I understand and agree that my participation, and the participation of any minors or guests I bring, is at my sole risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless the Organizers, and their respective directors, officers, employees, volunteers, affiliates, representatives, and partners, from any and all liability, claims, demands, causes of action, damages, or losses of any kind, whether known or unknown, foreseeable or unforeseeable, arising out of or in any way related to this event, including but not limited to any injury, illness, property damage, or other harm. This waiver applies to me and to any children or guests I bring with me, and I affirm that I am authorized to release liability on their behalf. I also grant the Organizers the irrevocable right to use any photographs, video, or audio recordings taken of me (or those I bring) during the event for promotional, marketing, or educational purposes, in any medium, without compensation or further permission. I have read and understand this waiver and agree to its terms freely and voluntarily.
